With their spirit of joy, playfulness, and laughter, children are at the center of our community.

Godly Play is now at New Leaf Church:

New Leaf is beginning a new adventure of wonder with our children’s ministry! We have begun using the Godly Play method of creative storytelling to share with children the great treasure of Biblical stories. Godly Play recognizes the unique role of stories in communicating faith to children. They are invited to learn about God’s people throughout history, work creatively with each story, and feast together at the end. It is truly a wondrous experience for adults and children alike to listen and engage with sacred stories, foster a unique relationship with the Good Shepherd, and develop a language for spiritual thought. We are excited as a community to journey and learn together to have “the faith like a child.”

Our volunteers are all trusted parents and young adults from the church who have received full background checks.
